Thyloc Inventory Bridge Privacy Policy

Privacy policy

Last updated September 5, 2026.

The Thyloc TCGplayer Inventory Bridge uses the Gmail read-only permission solely to identify TCGplayer order notifications sent to the authorized Thyloc mailbox. It reads the minimum message data needed to extract an order number and continue inventory synchronization.

The bridge does not store Gmail message bodies, buyer names, addresses, passwords, one-time codes, or browser cookies in Cloudflare or Supabase. It stores operational event identifiers, order numbers, inventory references, status, and timestamps needed for deduplication and recovery. Browser cookies remain in a dedicated profile on a Thyloc-controlled computer.

Data is used only to operate and troubleshoot Thyloc inventory synchronization. It is not sold or used for advertising. Access can be revoked from the Google Account permissions page, and bridge records can be removed when the integration is decommissioned, subject to operational and legal record-retention needs.

Questions about this integration can be sent through the Thyloc contact page.
